CBS Bahamas has partnered with 'Nu 2 U' to provide a quick, easy, and reliable pickup solution for customers in the North Eleuthera area. This pickup option is available for thousands of items across www.cbsbahamas.com.

How it Works

  • When placing an order at www.cbsbahamas.com, simply select 'Pickup at Nu 2 U' during the checkout process.
  • Your order will be prepped, packed, and shipped to Nu 2 U.
  • You will receive email notifications when your order has shipped from CBS Bahamas, and also when it is ready for pickup at Nu 2 U.
  • Generally, orders will arrive and be available for pickup from Nu 2 U on Wednesdays; however this is not guaranteed and is largely dependent on a variety of factors outside of our control.
  • You will be required to present your order confirmation number in order to pickup your package(s).
  • You will be billed for fees associated with the shipping & pickup service at the time of package pickup; these fees are payable to Nu 2 U (see below).
  • Any order issues (returns, defective items, etc) are to be addressed directly with CBS Bahamas (see below).

What it Cost
  • Shipping fees associated with online orders placed for pickup at Nu 2 U will be assessed at the time of pickup, and will be payable directly to Nu 2 U.
  • While these shipping fees cannot be quoted at the time an order is placed, the following guideline can provide a general overview of estimated costs (note; the below pricing information serves only as a guide, and is not meant to provide exact values:
    Small Packages (up to 12 in x 12 in x 12 in): approx $5.00 ea
    Medium Packages (up to 24 in x 24 in x 12 in): approx $6.00 ea
    Large Packages (up to 36 in x 24 in x 24 in): approx $7.00 ea
    Pallets (half or full): approx $55.00 - $90.00 ea
  • CBS Bahamas will make every effort to consolidate items and pack orders with the intent to minimize associated shipping fees, while still ensuring items arrive safe & without damage.

CBS Bahamas will be happy to ship online orders via inter-island mailboat service! This complimentary delivery option is available for thousands of items across www.cbsbahamas.com.

How it Works

  • When you are ready to checkout, select 'Deliver to Mailboat' from the shopping cart page.
  • During the checkout process; be sure to input the final destination & preferred mailboat in the shipping address field. For example:
    'Marsh Harbour, Abaco
    via M/V Legacy'
  • In the 'Order Details' box, enter the freight acceptance date for the mailboat you wish for us to utilize. This is the date/time that the boat accepts freight for sailing into your port. Please note that (at this time) same-day delivery is not possible for mailboat orders.
  • Submit your order... Your order will be picked, prepped, and packed!
  • You will instantly receive an order confirmation email.
  • When the order has been successfully delivered to the mailboat of your choosing, you will receive a 'Status Update' email confirming the delivery.
  • Failure to provide us with adequate information during the checkout process may result in delivery delays or order cancellation. If a preferred mailboat is not provided during checkout your order will be shipped on the next available mailboat to the island or settlement specified in the delivery instructions provided.

Cost & Details
  • There is no charge to have an order delivered to the mailboat of your choosing... This service is complimentary regardless of which boat you choose, how large (or small) your order may be, and what product the order contains!
  • All mailboat orders are considered 'FOB Origin' - this means that CBS Bahamas is responsible for the order up until it has been delivered to the designated mailboat. After the order has been delivered to the mailboat, the buyer is responsible for the order and any resulting damages that may occur during the mailboat shipping process.
  • The buyer is responsible for paying any associated mailboat fees & charges directly to the mailboat company at time of pickup. CBS Bahamas does not cover the fees or charges issues by the various mailboat services. We cannot provide quotes or estimates on costs associated with using the various mailboat services.
  • Once the order has been delivered to the specified mailboat on the specified date/time, CBS Bahamas will be unable to provide any further updates pertaining to the order.
  • We will make every effort to consolidate items and pack orders with the intent to minimize associated shipping fees, while still ensuring items arrive safe & without damage.
