Delivery Options (New Providence)

CBS Bahamas is proud to provide a lightning fast same-day delivery solution - getting you the products you need in just a matter of hours. Same-day express delivery is available for hundreds of select items across www.cbsbahamas.com, and the complete listing of eligible items can be viewed by visiting our 'Express Delivery' product collection. The total order weight for a 'Same-Day' delivery order must not exceed 25lbs, and the delivery option will only be avaialble to you at checkout if your order is within the criteria.

Same-day delivery is available Monday through Friday with a 3:00pm cut-off time for delivery by 7:00pm.

Same-Day Express Delivery

• For same-day express courier delivery the customer must provide a valid delivery address and up-to-date contact information at the time of checkout. Failure to provide adequate information may result in delivery delays or order cancellation.
• Orders placed for same-day delivery via courier may be cancelled within 15min of the order being submitted. Please review our cancellation policy for further information.
• Orders must be placed by 3:00pm in order to guarantee same-day delivery. Orders placed after this cut-off time will be delivered next-day (excluding weekends).
• Customers will be required to sign a 'Proof of Delivery' acknowledging safe receipt of items & packages at the time of delivery.
• Same-day delivery orders are generally delivered by 7:00pm. However, CBS Bahamas will be unable to provide an exact time frame for the delivery.
• Same-day courier deliveries take place on Monday through Friday only.
• In order to qualify for our same-day delivery service, your cart/order must meet certain criteria - including a total weight of less than 25lbs. If your order is not eligible for same-day service, the option will not be shown to you at checkout.

Thanks to our in-house logistics management, we're able to deliver thousands of your favorite home improvement and hardware products to your doorstep (or jobsite) in just one day. Next-day delivery service is available for well over ten thousand items across www.cbsbahamas.com.

Next-day courier delivery is available Monday through Friday. Orders placed after midnight on Thursday will be delivered the following Monday.

Next Day Courier Delivery

• For next-day courier delivery the customer must provide a valid delivery address and up-to-date contact information at the time of checkout. Failure to provide adequate information may result in delivery delays or order cancellation.
• Orders placed for next-day delivery via courier may be cancelled within 1hr of the order being submitted. Please review our cancellation policy for further information.
• Orders must be placed by 11:59pm in order to guarantee next-day delivery. Orders placed after this cut-off time will be delivered on the following day (excluding weekends).
• Customers will be required to sign a 'Proof of Delivery' acknowledging safe receipt of items & packages at the time of delivery.
• Unfortunately, CBS Bahamas will be unable to provide an exact time frame for the delivery.
• Next-Day Courier deliveries take place on Monday through Friday.

Looking to have large or oversized items delivered? That's not a problem. Thanks to our own fleet of trucks, we'll be sure to get your large or bulky items where they need to go; safely and securely.

Freight delivery is available Monday through Friday. Freight orders are generally deliveried within 1-3 business days of the order being placed. Generally, orders with a total weight exceeding 250lbs or a large cubic volume will qualify as a 'freight / oversized item' delivery.

Large / Oversized Item Delivery

• For freight or oversized item delivery the customer must provide a valid delivery address and up-to-date contact information at the time of checkout. Failure to provide adequate information may result in delivery delays or order cancellation.
• Orders placed for freight or oversized item delivery may be cancelled within 1hr of the order being submitted. Please review our cancellation policy for further information.
• All large / oversized home or business deliveries are defined as ‘Threshold (Inside Entryway).’ This means the delivery will be made to the first available area in the home or office building; such as the entryway, garage, or backyard.
• Once payment is made in full, and your items are confirmed in-stock, our Warehouse Team will contact you to confirm the method of delivery, and arrange a suitable delivery window that is convenient with your schedule.
• Bulk or heavy item deliveries will not be carried above more than three stair steps (anymore will be at the discretion of the delivery team).
• We ask that you thoroughly inspect your items prior to signing for acceptance of the delivery. Any issues or discrepancies should be photographed. Do not sign for your delivery if you are unsatisfied.
• Large / oversized item deliveries take place on business days only (Monday through Friday).
• Once you have signed for and accepted the delivery, CBS Bahamas will no longer be liable for the items.
