Special Order Items

Now Available: Shop From Our Special Order Warehouse

We’re excited to introduce a new feature on cbsbahamas.com that gives you access to a wider selection of products than ever before. You can now shop directly from our vendors through our Special Order Warehouse system—right from our website.

 

What’s New?

As you browse products on our site, you may start noticing items that show stock availability in our 'Special Order Warehouse'. This means we can ship the item to you even if it’s not currently in stock at one of our local retail branches.

There are two main ways you’ll encounter Special Order Warehouse stock:

 

1. Regular Stock + Special Order Stock

These are products we already offer in-store, but now, you can also order extra quantities directly from our vendors.

Example:
Let’s say you’re viewing a product that shows:

  • 10 available at our SouthWest Plaza branch

  • 200 available in our Special Order Warehouse

If you order 20 units, you’ll have the option to receive the first 10 immediately from our store while the remaining 10 are delivered within 10–14 days from our Special Order Warehouse. Alternatively, you can wait to receive all 20 at once when the order can be fulfilled in it's entirety - our team will coordinate directly with you!

 

2. Special Order Only Items

Some items will be marked with a Special Order Only badge. These are products we do not carry in-store and will always ship directly from our vendors. These particular items will never be available as 'in-stock' in one of our local branches. While we don’t keep them on-hand, you can still shop these items with confidence, knowing they’ll be delivered directly to you once ordered through our Special Order program.

Special Order items typically arrive within 10–14 days, depending on the product and vendor location.

Absolutely! During checkout, you’ll see which items are available immediately and which will be delivered later. You can choose to ship items as they become available or all at once - our team will reach out to you to coordinate your preferences.

No additional fees apply for using the Special Order feature—standard shipping rates and policies still apply.

Yep! No duty, no fees, nothing additional - the price you see is the price you pay!

Some Special Order Only items may be final sale. Return eligibility will be clearly stated on the product page, so be sure to review the details before purchasing. For the most part, the majority of Special Order Only items will follow our same return policy for in-stock items.

Absolutely! We have access to hundreds of thousands of home improvement items across our vendor network. If there's an item you don’t see listed, feel free to contact us with the product details. If it’s something we can source through our vendor network, we’ll do our best to add it as a Special Order Only item for you. The link will then be provided to you so that you may place the order.
