Important Note: Replying to a status update email will open a support ticket. Please do not call our retail stores regarding delivery or shipping updates. Support for delivery orders can only be provided over email.

Delivery orders follow the below process:

  1. Once submitted, your order will be picked & prepared by our team. 
  2. Once your order has been picked, you will receive an email update containing your order tracking link(s). 
  3. You will continue to receive email status updates as your order progresses - these updates may include shipping updates, updated ETAs, photographs, etc. 
  4. Once your order has been delivered, you will receive a final delivery confirmation email including your POD (Proof of Delivery).

Your order has been picked & prepared.

Order Hold Pre-Delivery

Your order is on hold pre-delivery; this could be for a variety of reasons, and is no cause for alarm.

We'll attempt to reach out to you if needed, otherwise no action is required!
Ready for Delivery

Your order has been double checked, packed, & sealed - and is now awaiting delivery.

Order Loaded On Vehicle

Your order has been loaded on to one of our delivery vehicles, and is getting ready to be dispatched.

Order Out For Delivery

Your order has been dispatched from our facility and is now enroute to it's final destination.

Holding For Later Attempt - Driver

Our driver has decided to postpone the delivery of your order for a later attempt. This could be due to a variety of reasons.

Order Delivered 

Your order has been successfully delivered. A POD (proof of delivery) will also be emailed to you.

Order Issue Pre-Delivery

Our drivers noticed an issue with your order prior to delivery, and the delivery attempt was put on hold.

Requested Boat Not Taking Freight / Not In Port / At Capacity

Your order could not be delivered to the mailboat you requested due to a reason beyond our control. 

Your item(s) will be returned to our facility until the next sailing, and we will automatically attempt redelivery.
Order Rejected 

Your order was rejected at the point of delivery, and will be returned to our facility. 

We'll attempt to reach out to you, but feel free to contact us as well!
Business Closed / Unavailable

We were unable to complete your delivery as the business / commercial address you provided was closed or unavailable. 

We'll automatically reattempt delivery during the following business day. 
Unable To Contact

We were unable to complete your delivery as our driver was unable to make contact with the person receiving the order. 

We'll attempt to reach out to you, but feel free to contact us as well!
Invalid Address

We were unable to complete your delivery as the address provided was invalid.
