It’s been a while since I last posted a blog, so I just wanted to wish you a prosperous start to 2024 and share with you a few new & exciting updates:
✅ Recurring Orders: We’ve added the ability for customers to place recurring orders. This new feature is perfect for the contractor needing their monthly supply of joint compound, the office needing their weekly cleaning materials, or the home-based preserver needing her seasonal supply of mason jars.
When you setup a recurring order, we make sure that we have adequate stock on hand to fulfill your orders as they recur. With various options & time periods available; the setup of your recurring orders is completely customizable. Learn more here, and try it for yourself by clicking on the ‘Recurring Orders’ option in your user menu.
✅ Composite Decking & Calculator: You’ve asked, we’ve delivered. Next week we are launching a new line of Composite Decking & Accessories. This hollow-core decking is ultra durable, will be sold in 16 ft lengths, and can be installed using hidden fasteners for an ‘invisible screw’ finish. To start, we are offering 2 beautiful plank colors - with each plank being reversible and featuring 2 distinct designs. Check out a sneak preview of the offering here.
What good are decking materials if you don’t know how much you need to buy? Our all-new ‘Dock & Decking Calculator’ answers that question by suggesting the appropriate amount of deck boards, fasteners clips, and screws for every project.
✅ New Arrivals & Clearance: Two new pages to make your online shopping as easy as possible! Check out our New Arrivals page to see the latest & greatest additions to our catalog. After that, be sure to visit our our Clearance selection - which hosts hundreds of close-out items at discounts of 50%!
✅ Easy Scroll on Desktop & Mobile: We recently replaced pagination in our search results & category listings with a ‘Load More’ button. Simply put, you no longer need to load new pages & bounce back and forth between pages when searching for products. A relatively minor improvement that leads to a significantly more satisfying experience (especially on mobile)… Check out this video example I posted on X!
✅ In-Store Refresh: We sent an update the other day about our new selection of Milwaukee Power Tool Accessories… But, we’ve also got some more news to share - we’ve added two new & awesome in-store fixtures for our door & toilet selection.
Previously, if you came in to CBS SouthWest Plaza you’d need to wait on an associate to bring your door or toilet out of the warehouse - well; this sucks. It’s slow, you can't see what you're getting beforehand, & typically the service is lame. Now; toilets & doors can not only be easily seen & inspected on our new displays - but self-picked from within the retail store itself. We've got flatbeds & door carts to make it easy, and will soon be putting up some interactive signage to make your buying decisions even simpler - and of course, we still have lots of friendly staff on hand to assist with the lifting if need be… Read more about this here.
