At CBS Bahamas, we’re always looking for ways to give you more options and a better shopping experience. That’s why we’re excited to introduce a brand-new feature on cbsbahamas.com—our Special Order Program! This system gives you access to a much wider selection of products than ever before, all available directly from our trusted vendors.
Now, even if an item isn’t on the shelves of your local branch, you can still shop with confidence knowing it can be ordered and delivered to you through our Special Order Warehouse system.
How It Works
As you browse products on our website, you may start noticing items that list stock availability in our Special Order Warehouse. This means you can order the item online—even if it’s not currently available in one of our local stores.
There are two main ways you’ll encounter Special Order Warehouse stock:
1. Regular Stock + Special Order Stock
These are items we already carry in-store, but now, if you need more than what’s on our shelves, you can order extra quantities directly from our vendors.
Example:
If you’re viewing a product that shows:
- 10 available at our SouthWest Plaza branch
- 200 available in our Special Order Warehouse
…and you place an order for 20 units, you’ll have options:
- Receive the first 10 immediately from our store, with the remaining 10 delivered within 10–14 days from our warehouse.
- Or, wait for all 20 to arrive at once when the order is fulfilled in its entirety. Our team will coordinate with you to make sure your order works for your schedule.
2. Special Order Only Items
Some products will be marked with a Special Order Only badge. These are items we don’t carry in-store and will never be available as in-store stock,but they can always be purchased online and delivered directly from our vendors
While we don’t keep these on hand, you can shop confidently knowing your order will be processed, shipped, and delivered directly to you through our Special Order Program.

Can I mix in-stock and Special Order Warehouse items in the same order?

Will I be charged extra for ordering from the Special Order Warehouse?
