Online shopping has never been better! When you register for a customer account on the all-new cbsbahamas.com, you will automatically begin to accumulate CBS Online Rewards points with every single purchase.  

Points are accrued for all online purchases made on all account types. By registering online; your account will instantly begin to earn rewards points as you shop, and these points are easily redeemable in our online rewards portal. As a CBS Bahamas rewards member, you will be the first to know about our deals & discounts and will also have access to member only promotions!

 

 

Online Rewards FAQ

Good question! Our Online Rewards program and In-Store Rewards program operate independently of each other but using your same customer account. Essentially, once you register for a CBS Customer Account on our website, you are automatically registered for both programs - accumulating a separate pool of points for purchase made online and purchases made at any of our physical locations. Points earned in-store can only be redeemed in-store, while points earned online can only be redeemed online.

Generally speaking, for every 1 dollar you spend online, you will earn 1 rewards point.

However, we regularly feature special events and products where you can often earn double (or more) points with your purchases... Be sure to check your email often as we announce special programs & events for our rewards members!

CBS Online Rewards points do not carry a cash value. These points cannot be redeemed as a credit (like our in-store points) but can instead be redeemed for specific products & gifts that are found in our online rewards portal. We're constantly updating the portal with new & exciting products, so be sure to check back often!

It's your points, and you can use them as soon as you'd like!

Want to save up a bunch and use them all at once? Sure.

Just want to use few now, and save a few for later? No problem!

It's entirely up to you when you use your points, what you use them towards, and how many you use at a time... Simply head over to our online rewards portal and begin shopping!

Most definitely! When you head over to our online rewards portal page, you can scroll down to the end of the page and fill out the contact form. We'd love to hear your reccomendations & suggestions for products to be added!

Of course! Customers who have registered online will automatically have an in-store rewards account created, and it will be eligible for use within 1-2 business days.

Registered for an online account, but unsure if you have an existing in-store account? That's okay! Just shoot us an email at cbs@cbsbahamas.com and we'll be happy to check for you and merge the two accounts together if necessary!

As soon as you checkout, the points earned from the transaction will show as 'pending.' Once the order has been completed (either picked-up or delivered), the points will be posted and available for use. Points originating from orders that are cancelled or returned are not eligible for use.

You can check your points balance every time you login to your account. Your points balance is shown on the lower right of the screen, and can also be accessed by clicking on your user icon (upper right) then clicking 'CBS Online Rewards' in the right side menu.

At this time, points earned from in-store shopping can only be used or redeemed in-store, while points earned from online shopping can only be used or redeemed with online purchases. To learn more about our CBS In-Store Rewards program, click here.
