Our In-Store Rewards Program.

Everyone loves saving money, and signing up for a CBS Bahamas Rewards Account is absolutely free! Our in-store rewards program allows you to accumulate rewards points for all purchases made in-store. These collected points carry a cash value which can be redeemed towards future in-store purchases from any CBS Bahamas or CBS PROstore location.  

Points are accrued automatically for all in-store purchases made on cash-term accounts. By registering online; your in-store shopping account will automatically be created & eligible for use within 1-2 business days. As a CBS Bahamas rewards member, you will be the first to know about our deals & discounts and will also have access to member only promotions!

 

 

In-Store Rewards FAQ

Good question! Our Online Rewards program and In-Store Rewards program operate independently of each other but using your same customer account. Essentially, once you register for a CBS Customer Account on our website, you are automatically registered for both programs - accumulating a separate pool of points for purchase made online and purchases made at any of our physical locations. Points earned in-store can only be redeemed in-store, while points earned online can only be redeemed online.

For every 1 dollar you spend in-store at any CBS Bahamas or CBS PROstore location, you will earn 1 rewards point.

However, we often hold special events where you can earn double (or even triple) points on your purchases... Be sure to check your email often as we announce special programs & events for our rewards members!

Each CBS Bahamas rewards point is worth B$0.01... That's 1 cent of CBS savings for every point earned!

It's your points, and you can use them as soon as you'd like!

Want to save up a bunch and use them all at once? Sure.

Just want to use few now, and save a few for later? No problem!

It's entirely up to you when you use your points, what you use them towards, and how many you use at a time. No strings attached!

We no longer issue physical rewards cards to our loyalty program members... But luckily, these bulky plastic cards are no longer necessary!

When you checkout, simply give the cashier either your account number, name, or phone number so they can look up & verify your rewards account - your purchase will then be applied to your account.

Most definitely! Customers who already have a CBS Bahamas Rewards Card can easily sign-up for online access to their account, enabling them to view their invoice history and begin earning Online Rewards with every online purchase.

Simply hit the 'Register Now' button at the bottom of this page and register for online access. Our team will use your name, email address, and phone number to determine if you have an existing in-store account and then link your in-store rewards account to you online login.

We're working hard on this, and we expect to deliver virtual rewards cards by Fall 2024.

You can check your points balance every time you visit our retail store. Your point balance should be shown on every in-store receipt / invoice that you receive after an in-store transaction. You can also email us at cbs@cbsbahamas.com and we'll be happy to check your in-store rewards balance for you!
