At CBS Bahamas, we’re always looking for ways to make your shopping experience easier and more convenient. That’s why we’re excited to introduce a brand-new return process that simplifies the way you request returns for online orders. If you have an online customer login with us, you’ll now have access to a seamless, hassle-free return request system—yet another great reason to register for an account today!
What’s New?
Gone are the days of back-and-forth emails or long waits for return approvals. Our new return request system allows customers with online accounts to submit their return requests directly through their online account dashboard. This means faster processing, automatic notifications, and a more efficient way to handle exchanges or refunds.
How It Works

Log in to Your Account – Simply log in to your CBS Bahamas account and navigate to your Orders page.

Select Your Order – Click on the relevant Order ID to open the order overview.

Submit the Return Request – If the order is within the eligible timeframe, a ‘Return Request’ button will be visible. Click it to open the return form.

Choose Specific Items & Reason – Select individual items from the order that you wish to return, choose a return reason from the available options, and provide any additional details if needed.

Submit Anytime, 24/7 – Once submitted, your request will be processed automatically, and a confirmation email will be sent to you. The return request is available 24 hours a day for your convenience.

Processing & Next Steps – Your request is forwarded to the designated return email for the branch that processed your order, ensuring a smooth and timely return experience. Our reps will be in touch ASAP to provide further instructions if needed.
Your Return Options
We’ve made it easier than ever to process your return with three convenient options:

Option 1: In-Store Return – For the quickest results, simply bring your item(s) to the same branch where your order was originally processed (either SouthWest Plaza or the CBS PROstore). Our team will assist you with an exchange or refund. Using this method, you can even bypass using our Return Request form!

Option 2: Home Pickup & Exchange – Place a new order online, and when we deliver the replacement item, our driver will collect the item you wish to return. Once received, we’ll issue your refund.

Option 3: Pickup & Refund – We’ll arrange a pickup for your return. Once the item is received, we’ll process your refund, minus a $5.00 (+ VAT) pickup fee.
