Retail and digital growth leader to assume role effective April 1, 2026.
NASSAU, The Bahamas — Commonwealth Building Supplies Ltd (“CBS”) today announced the appointment of Brent Burrows II as Managing Director, effective April 1, 2026.
Brent Burrows II joined CBS in 2019, and has been a driving force behind the company’s retail and digital evolution. He led the launch and implementation of cbsbahamas.com, transforming it into The Bahamas’ premier online destination for home improvement products while establishing a new benchmark for eCommerce in the country. Today, cbsbahamas.com is consistently ranked as the most-visited Bahamian-owned retail website in The Bahamas.
Most recently, Burrows served as Vice President of Retail & Sales, where he spearheaded key growth initiatives, including the successful launch of the CBS PROstore and the major expansion of the company’s online platform to include special-order sales. This expansion provided Bahamian customers with access to over one million products, significantly strengthening CBS’s ability to meet a broader range of hardware and home improvement needs.
Commenting on his appointment, Burrows said:
