Description

Model No: 14436A. WOODLIFE CREOCOAT black wood preservative is a multipurpose water-based exterior wood preservative and insecticide pre-treatment for below ground, ground contact, fresh water contact or above ground applications where either pressure-treated or non-pressure-treated wood has been used. When applied as directed, WOODLIFE® CREOCOAT® prevents attack from termites and other wood boring insects and decay fungi, including mildew, mold, rot and decay organisms. It also controls warping, swelling and end checking due to its anti-wicking property, which resists moisture absorption and movement from end to end. This preservative will impart a color to wood that will fade over time, but if desired, can be topcoated with paint or stain.

  • Ideal creosote substitute - provides a black look for landscape timbers, railroad ties, farm fencing and more.
  • .88 Gal. covers up to 200 sq. ft.
  • EPA-registered, insecticidal preservative prohibits termite damage, rot, and decay.
  • Inhibits surface growth of fungal organisms: mold, mildew and staining fungi.
  • Imparts a solid black finish when applied as directed.
  • Dries to touch in one hour and allow wood to dry for 24 hours before installation.
  • Clean up with soap and water.
