A large 1-1/4 in LCD display provides at-a-glance readings from almost any angle. An anti-microbial housing provides added safety and hygiene. The thermometer also possesses a HOLD feature to lock in the temperature and the thermometer can be removed from the oven quickly for safer and easier reading. A black nylon lanyard and convenient pocket clip keeps the thermometer close at hand at all times.
