The polyester fabric is also formulated for wind deterrence and water resistant. A sturdy 6-rib construction provides plenty of stability for the 9 ft. shade guaranteed to keep 4-6 people cool and relaxed. The easy-to-use hand-crank opens and closes the umbrella in seconds allowing the user to adjust the umbrella to block sunlight, so they can relax in the shade during those hot summer days. The frame is coated in protective paint that provides weather and corrosion resistance.
