Description

Rain Bird in-line valves are engineered for reliable performance and long-lasting operation in irrigation systems. These valves are designed to be installed below ground in a valve box, downstream from a Pressure Vacuum Breaker (PVB) or a double-check valve, as required by local codes to prevent backflow. While they control water flow efficiently, in-line valves do not provide backflow protection on their own and must be used in conjunction with an approved backflow prevention device. They are ideal for residential and commercial irrigation systems where precise water control and compliance with municipal regulations are essential.
