Our Price Match Guarantee

We won't be beat.

The below 'Price Match Guarantee' is applicable to online shopping and in-store shopping at any CBS Bahamas or CBS PROstore location.

We will happily match the product prices of our local retail competitors (including their online pricing) for immediately available products.

  • Identical to the competitor's product.
    The product must be a matching brand, model number, and color to qualify.
  • Immediately available at a qualifying online retailer, or a local competitor.
    We will match local retail competitors (including their online prices). Local retailers (both brick & mortar and online) must be legally registered companies within the Commonwealth of The Bahamas.
  • At 'normal' retail pricing levels.
    We will not price match items sold by competitors at special event sales (such as Black Friday).

Online

  • While shopping online, find a qualifying product that you would like CBS Bahamas to price match. Make sure the product you would like to price match is immediately available, and identical to our competitor's product (it must be a matching brand with identical model number and color).
  • Connect with our online support team. Products for sale on www.cbsbahamas.com are available for price matching by emailing our online support team at online@cbsbahamas.com - typically, our support team will respond within a few minutes if the request is received during business hours.
  • Be prepared to provide supporting evidence for the item you would like to price match.

In-Store
  • Identify a qualifying product that you want CBS Bahamas to price match. Make sure the product you would like to price match is immediately available, and identical to our competitor's product (it must be a matching brand with identical model number and color).
  • Ask to speak with the Manager on Duty.
  • Be prepared to provide supporting evidence for the item you would like to price match.

Supporting evidence can be a circular clipping, printout of an online listing, price quote, etc. It is important that the documentation contains the item name, item number, price (clearly marked as with or without VAT), and name of the local retailer.

No; we will not reimburse you for a price match made after the time of purchase... Sorry!

Our 'Price Match Guarantee' does not cover:

  • Products shipped from or sold by third-party sellers on websites.
  • Pricing only available to a select groups of customers. This includes loyalty offers, discounts relating to non-warehouse membership programs, and government exchange store offers.
  • Competitor offers including service prices (delivery and installation charges), pre-order offers, liquidation offers, trade-in offers, and special daily or hourly sales.
  • Any financing offers, bundle offers, items included in bundle offers, free items, pricing errors, mail-in offers, coupon offers, items that are advertised as limited quantity, out of stock items, clearance items, open-box items, refurbished items, pre-owned items, credit card offers, gift card offers, items included in gift card offers, rent/lease to own items, 'Point of Sale Activation' cards, and items for sale the Sunday before Thanksgiving Day through the Monday after Thanksgiving.
CBS Bahamas reserves the right to refuse any price match request for any reason whatsoever.
