Its unique side-mounted position is perfect for garages where the headroom is limited or space is constrained. The power 24V DC motor is capable of lifting most 14 ft W x 18 ft H residential doors weighing up to 850 lbs. This garage door opener features a bright LED light fixture that provides the user with the flexibility and a door lock system that ensures the door cannot be opened from the outside without first pulling release handle from inside. Includes garage door opener, button remote, wireless wall control, and hardware.



  • DC motor operates with variable speeds for soft start and stop; providing smooth, quiet operation and less wear and tear on your garage door.
  • New wall mount design clears up ceiling space in your garage by attaching directly to the garage door's spring tube. Ideal for garages with beam obstructions.
  • 24V DC motor operates most residential sectional doors up to 14 ft high and weighing up to 850 lbs.
  • Selects a code from billions of combinations each time a remote or wireless keypad are used, which helps prevent piracy of the radio signal for the utmost in security.
  • Patent-pending Safe-T-Pulse System that provides internal tension monitoring of door cables with an electronic pulse during initial door travel.
