Designed specifically for gas pipes up to 1-1/2 inches in diameter, this yellow PTFE tape offers exceptional sealing capabilities for both metal and plastic threaded piping systems, including galvanized steel, copper, brass, aluminum, and more. With its durable PTFE construction, this tape provides a high-density seal, complying with industry standards like MIL-T-22230A, UL 31 RO, AGA 3226, and CAN/ULC-S642. It’s thicker and denser than standard white PTFE tape, offering long-lasting performance and protection in critical piping systems.
