Model No: 9100. Built for performance, longevity, and affordability Wayne Dalton’s Classic Steel Garage Door Model 9100 offers robust construction. Installs and operates easily with virtually no maintenance. Doors are constructed of hot-dipped galvanized steel, insulated with foamed-in-place R-9 value polyurethane. Two-coat, baked-on polyester finish. Steel front panels are embossed with a wood-grained texture giving the look of genuine wood. Hinges and hardware are galvanized steel; panels are made with corrosion-resistant materials. Low-profile hinges provide maximum strength between sections. Factory installed hardware, bottom weather seal, and unitized door construction for added strength, rigidity and beauty. Bulb-shaped bottom seal remains flexible even in extreme cold.

This garage door is thoughtfully engineered for safety, durability, and style. Key features include a pinch-resistant design to help prevent hand injuries during operation, and the TorqueMaster® Plus counterbalance system, which provides reliable performance while keeping springs safely enclosed. Safety bottom brackets are designed to reduce the risk of injury by preventing accidental loosening under tension.

Aesthetically, the door features colonial raised panels with extra-deep embossing for a distinctive look, along with heavy-duty trim caps on the panel edges for added durability and a finished appearance. The interior is fully finished, and integral horizontal supports ensure strength and structural integrity.
