- GAUGES: Lid-Mounted Temperature Gauges keep track of
pre-heat status and monitor the inside temperature of your grill.
- SIDE BURNER: 12,000 BTU side burner warm up sauces and side
dishes to complement what you grill, or flip the lid down and use the surface
as additional workspace.
- GAS: 36,000 BTU 3 burner grill.
- CHARCOAL: Height Adjustable Fire Grate control the heat by
using the crank to move your charcoal pan as close to the cooking grate as you
want it.
- DAMPER: Control the grill temperature by opening and closing
the dampers. To burn hotter, keep the damper open to lower the temperature
partially close it.
- CLEANING: Large pull-out ash drawer makes clean up easy.
- MOBILITY: Smooth caster wheels allow for easy movement.
