Measuring 3/8 inch by 50 feet, this rope is made from 100% sisal, a hard natural fiber that provides excellent knot-holding ability and UV resistance. Although it offers 80% of the strength of manila rope, sisal rope is more cost-effective and equally versatile. It is biodegradable, recyclable, and moisture and weather-resistant, making it ideal for eco-friendly applications. Use this rope for tasks such as marine bindings, tie-downs, rope crafts, home improvement projects, and even building a cat scratcher post. Note that this rope must be stored dry to prevent deterioration from chemicals. Please ensure the ends are fused and taped to prevent unraveling. The working load limit is 97 lbs. Warning: Do not use in situations where personal safety could be endangered.
