Model No: 21201571. The American Gourmet by Char-Broil Offset Smoker 1280 is perfect for big backyard BBQs and can be used as a charcoal grill or offset smoker. It features multiple dampers, a temperature gauge, and extra grilling space in the offset chamber. A vertical smokestack with adjustable dampers helps control the smoke and heat. Three porcelain-coated grates and a secondary chrome-plated grate help you get the most out of its massive 1,280 sq.in. total cooking surface. A heavy duty, hi-temp steel lid and firebox make up the outside construction. It also has wheels on the bottom to help transport when needed. Other features and components include an adjustable-height steel fire grate, cool-touch spring handle, and convenient front work shelf. The firebox also comes with a clean-out door for easy ash removal and an adjustable built-in damper.
